I am a 29 41 year old (no I don't accept that), college graduate, and working as a custodian. Truck!Dean is currently being replaced as he had far too many issues last winter making him very unreliable. And of course I'm still living at home- cause I'm broke.

I like pretty much anything as far as music, tv, movies, books or fanfiction is concerned. If I don't list it somewhere on this page, 'Ask me if I like it' and I'll let you know.



As for fanfiction, what like depends on the fandom however the big thing that bugs me is interestingly enough Way!AU fics in RPS/RPF (where say J2 are not actors but some other occupation). I don't know why it bugs but it does. I'm not a huge fan of FemSlash either though if it's done right I'll read it. For example: brynspikess’s "Gotta Get It" series or even just plain old Willow/Tara (BtVS).



brynspikess and I have decided to write a few stories together so you may find me listed as either prncssflutterby or as "SilverWick". Oh and over at fanfiction.net I'm "WickLobo". I have another LJ but it's currently just there so I can add communities that would take up too much space on this journal... That journal is silver_wick. I'm not adding anyone there at this current time, only communities. Speaking of adds, just comment to any post if you want to be friends. I'm fairly good about adds so long as we have common interests.



I read waaaaaaaaaay more fic than I write. But I always have bunnies of some kind hopping around annoying me. Still on the lookout for a beta. Mostly to check grammar and punctuation type things. Probably a lot of hand-holding too since I always thinks my stuff is crap. Though I'm working on a few new WIPs that I really LIKE!



English is my first language but I took Spanish in HS and an ASL class in grade school. I get language fangirl!fits when my shows speak something other than English. Firefly made me wanna learn Chinese, of which I can speak some Joss!Chinese now. Hawaii Five-0 has me scrambling to learn words and phrases these days. NCIS, NCIS:LA and NCIS:NOla like to play with language too. I've got a list going of characters and languages we've heard them speak. Steve McGarrett and G Callen are at the top of that list. Come to think of it I should totally write a crossover with those two and languages.

Okay music-wise, I like 3 Doors Down, ACDC, Alice in Chains, All American Rejects, Christian Kane, Green Day, Jason Manns, Journey, Kenny Chesney, Lady Antebellum, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Soundgarden, Steve Carlson and Taylor Swift. I especially like movie or tv show soundtracks but I like tons of other stuff too.

As for movies, I like the usual. Big blockbuster hits (aka MIB and Armageddon), Romantic comedies (aka Her Minor Thing and 27 Dresses), & Scary movies like Forsaken and The Thrist. I like all different kinds of movie I really can be a movie junkie sometimes just like I get about TV shows sometimes. Some top favorite movies all around (That aren't listed somewhere else on this page). SO not in any particular order except alphabetical, my top 30 movies not listed under -interests- OR -pairing likes-... 30 Days of Night, Alone in the Dark, A Knight's Tale, Aladdin, Blue Crush, Cursed, How High, Iron Man, Jumper, Lion King, Love Song, Mindhunters, National Treasure, Newsies, Princess Bride, Princess Diaries, PS I Love You, Secondhand Lions, Sleeping Beauty, Signs, Starship Troopers, SWAT, The Covenant, The Dark Knight, The Fifth Element, Titan AE, Underworld, Voodoo Moon, Waiting, and Xmen.



Also I loved the new Watchman, Fast and the Furious 4, Wolverine: Origins, and Public Enemies! (7-2-09)

As for books, well those can be as diverse as everything else. Top 3 series of books right now: Dresden Files, Harry Potter, and Twilight. I like alot of different types of book though, those are just the top ones right now.// Going to be reading the first book of "The Vampire Diaries" this week. It finally came in at the library! (Update: 10-6-09) Dude the TVD book annoyed me. But I do plan on catching up on the show sometime. (11/7/11)

Fandoms/Pairings I like (This is an ever changing constantly altered list.)



Joss!Verse- Anything and nearly everything Joss Whedon. Angel: the series, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, and Firefly. As for pairings for these I think I've read or heard just about anything. Hell I'm sure to be on the Dollhouse bandwagon once I see at least one episode...// I'm on the Dollhouse bandwagon I just don't really have a pairing preference yet. (Updated 7-2-09)// I guess you could say that I have two pairings on Dollhouse now. Echo/Paul and Mag/Griff (from Epitaph One)...(Updated: 10-7-09)



Battlestar Galactica (2003)- I mostly like Kara/Lee (AKA: Starbuck/Apollo), Anders/Kara, Anders/Kara/Lee, Lee/Anders, Lee/Helo, Anders/Helo, and Tyrol/Cally. *What I've been reading this fandom like a crazy person since I finally saw season 3 and "Razor"!*// Also I haven't seen the last 3 episodes of season 4 yet but I have them on the DVR. (Updated 7-2-09) BTW the DVR ate my episodes! *cries*

Bones- I like Booth/Brennon, Hodgins/Angela, and occasionally Booth/Hodgins. Also just a note here: my season 3 finale reaction was "Well I just don't accept that!"// I'm not sure I like this year's finale either. (Updated 7-2-09) I gotta admit this year's finale and premiere were kinda cool. I sad I like my fandom OTP being canon. (11/7/11)



Chuck-Haven't read much here yet because I've missed a few episodes, but I like Chuck/Casey so far. Scratch all that for Chuck previously. I LOVE Chuck/Casey. What can I say I got caught up and then season two started up.// I'm sooooo sad that this is the last season for Chuck!!! (11/7/11)

CSI (Las Vegas)- I like several things here mostly Nicky/anyone (Nick/Greg in particular.)

CSI: NY- I like Danny/Lindsay, and Flack/Lindsay the most but I've have been reading several other pairings here too including Danny/Flack. I just got into this show in January 2008, and I've completely caught up.// I'm also really into Mac/Danny and Mac/Flack. (11/7/11)



Dark Angel- Just started watching this recently and obviously I really like Max/Logan.// I guess I never mentioned here that Max/Logan/Alex is hot too! (Updated: 10-7-09)

Fast & the Furious- I've seen and have all 3 4 movies. I mostly like Brian/Dominic. The NEW Fast and Furious movie ROCKS!!!! Just saw it this afternoon. (4-22-09) EEEEEEEEEEEEEEE There's gonna be a Fast and the Furious 5!!!!! And Vince is finally making an appearance in the sequels. YAY for Matt Schulze!!!! Me and raynedanser are very excited about that!!!// Fast Five is the SHIIIIT! Can't wait for Fast 6! (11/7/11)

Ghost Adventures- I love all 3 boys. But I seem to like Zak/Nick the most. But Aaron is awesome too. My personal favorite GA guy is Nick though.



Gilmore Girls- I like Lorelai/Luke, Rory/Dean, Rory/Jess, Rory/Tristan and Rory/Logan. It all depends on my mood as to who I like Rory with.

Hawaii Five0- I LOOOOOVE H50!!! Such a great cast. AO'L is MMmmmmmm! Scott is hilarious. Amazing guest stars and recurring characters. Obviously here I'm all about Steve/Danno! I've got a minor love of H50 RPS with Alex/Scott too. Definitely my favorite show to come out in the last couple years. (11/7/11)

Leverage-Okay obviously my favorite character here is Eliot Spencer (played by Christian Kane). As for pairings or fanfic for Leverage in general, I'm not real sure. I haven't read any of the fics that are up so far and besides only two episodes have aired as of tonight (12-9-08)!// I love everything about Leverage! Nate/Eliot is my favorite pairing though. (Updated 7-2-09)



Numb3rs- I recently became more obsessed with this show. I'm completely ticked about the cancellation too. I love Don and Charlie and Colby, the most... So pretty much any combination thereof. Though I am partial to Don/Colby...

NCIS- My favorite character here is Tony. So Tony/pretty much anyone, however I don't care for Tony/Kate (they seem more brother/sister to me) and I really don't like Ziva so she can't have my Tony



Roswell- I started with just liking canon pairings, but now I'm addicted to Michael/Liz (AKA: Polar). I like Kyle/Isabelle too.

RPS/RPF- I like Chris Kane, Steve Carlson, Jared Padalecki, and Jensen Ackles. Any combination thereof. Though a current favorite is Chris/Jensen/Steve!// THERE'S A COM FOR THIS THREESOME NOW!!! chrisjensteve!!!! (Update:10-6-09)// However has worked her fic magic and I'm getting on her bandwagon for Chris Kane/Chad Michael Murray fic. (11/7/11)



Smallville- I've just started reading some of this fandom but so far I like Chloe/Oliver, Clark/Lois, and I always loved the AC they had on the show, so I'm sure if there's fic with him I'd like it.// We recently got addicted to Clark/Oliver too! (Updated 7-2-09)

Stargate Atlantis- In the month and a half or so I've been playing in the SGA fandom I've watched the first four seasons, read many fics, and changed my favorite pairing here half a dozen times. So short pairing list is: Sheppard/Ford, Sheppard/Ronon, Sheppard/Beckett, Beckett/Lorne, Lorne/Keller, and Ronon/Keller... But mostly right now I'm obsessed with Sheppard/Lorne! I don't care much for Teyla or McKay in fic and I'm not sure why but then I do always like the odd pairings... Sheppard and Lorne are pretty!// I haven't seen past like episode 508 though... (Updated 7-2-09)

Supernatural- Ummmmmm I like Wincest *dodges tomatoes thrown by those who don't approve* I do like some het pairings here too if that make anyone feel better. I HATE Ruby and Bela though. Castiel/Dean fics kinda freak me out still but mostly because I don't have a solid grasp as to where Kripke is taking that mythology. I really hate Uriel! Really really don't like him!// MISHA rocks though!!!!! (Updated 7-2-09)// OKAY CASTIEL IS WICKED AWESOME!! (Update: 10-6-09)// I'm such a bad fangirl, I'm insanely behind on SPN. Torchwood- I love this show. Jack/Ianto is so very very pretty! I love the stopwatch scene from episode 108!!!!!!// I've seen them all now and I can't WAIT til the new ones in a few weeks! (Updated 7-2-09) //Also we aren't very accepting of CoE right now. I'd rather have my fanfic that gives me a happy ending. (Added 8-14-09 Friday) And unfortunately the new set of episodes is gonna be on SHOWTIME!! Grrr I don't get that channel!!! *cries* I want Jack and Ianto!!!// Still need to DL season 4 and watch them. (11/7/11)

Twilight- I like all the canon pairings so far, I just finished reading book 4. But I really like Edward/Bella and Alice/Jasper. I love Emmett too! I've read a few Jasper/Bella and Emmett/Bella both of those are pretty cool too. In fact at this later point since I wrote that previous sentence I've become obsessed with Jasper/Bella fic when I read this fandom.// I've since moved into an "I don't like Edward OR Jacob" state of mind. I also like: Burn Notice, Castle, Cold Case, Criminal Minds, Crossing Jordan, CSI: Miami, Dead & Breakfast, Doctor Who, Eureka, In Plain Sight, Kitchen Confidential, Las Vegas, Moonlight, New Amsterdam, October Road, One Tree Hill, Prison Break, Psych, Rizzoli & Isles, Skinwalkers, Veronica Mars, Warehouse 13 and White Collar. However those I don't really read much Fanfiction for.



Awesome newer shows: Dark Blue, NCIS:LA, Life Unexpected, Stargate Universe, Trauma, Justified, Happy Town, Miami Medical, Three Rivers, Haven, Persons Unknown, The Glades, Covert Affairs, Body of Proof, Memphis Beat, Blue Bloods, Unnatural History, and Rookie Blue. ThunderCats (reboot), Terra Nova, The Playboy Club, 2 Broke Girls, Unforgettable, Combat Hospital, Revenge, The Secret Circle, and Grimm.



I like Harry Potter too but I've only read the books through once, yes I do have the movies, but I've been trying to avoid this fandom til I read the books at least one more time through. However I did get drawn into a fic by the summary because it crossed over with Supernatural. Hermione/Dean, It was pretty awesome.// I've read them again now and slowly been getting into fic. I've found a few cool fics though so I'm pleased about that! (11/7/11)

writercon '06 caused me to try diving into a couple of other fandoms Farscape, and quite possibly SG1 and SG:Atlantis but these all would only be if I could catch up with the show (highly unlikely).



I love conventions and I've only been to 3! Most recently Creation Con Chicago November 10/11 '07. Where my weekend there got blessedly lengthened by a very wonderful and kind-hearted woman paid for my Sunday ticket so I could stay and see Jared and Jensen. I slept in my truck. But this whole weekend there just fueled my love of Jensen, Jared, Nicky, Steve, Mark, Samantha, and Fredric.

And I miss my friend Kevin who i met in May 2003 while we were both working at Cedar Point in Sandusky, Ohio. He basically became brother to me over the course of the summer and when I was in a car accident in September he was the one I wanted to see (my bf was in PA and could be there and my best friend was in columbus, she couldn't be there either), but it took me two days to find him since he had gone outta town, when we did see each other after the wreck he did exactly what I wanted gave me a hug and made sure I was still okay. Kevin after Cedar Point joined the Air Force, despite my worries and now according to the timetable he told me last month he's overseas... in Italy?!? *Worries, panics, freaks that something might happen to him, and hopes like hell that he makes it home & is his same old self not emotionally cut off!?!?*. ---------6/5/04 2:17am CST



ETA: Kevin is in Japan last I heard a couple weeks ago. Anyone know what's going on in Japan that he would be in Japan? Yeah I know not getting over this anytime soon, sorry.---------11/20/04 1:32pm CST
